The team creates the organization at QRMS

How can you make a team collaborate even better? That’s the question Twan Wulms of QRMS asked. And that’s where Flow+ came in.

With both active practical assignments and intensive and open discussions, we looked at where the team stands, and how to take the next step. This included examining individual roles, personal responsibility, and the role that flow can play in this. It was an intensive and educational afternoon, filled with laughter as well. Thanks to Twan, it ended with a delightful conclusion that bolstered the inner sense of self.
