Gaining visibility into your organization, a case study of Flow+<\/h1>\n

In periodic sessions, relevant issues are addressed in the “World of the Entrepreneur” framework. Specifically, Mario sought to better understand what was happening within his organization. Flow+ supported Mario in answering the question of what\u2019s happening within his organization, by conducting a Quick Scan among all employees. This initially involved a written survey of about 50 questions, aligned with the components of the “World of the Entrepreneur.” Questions covered leadership, strategy and policy, employee management, and results. Subsequently, two Flow+ guides conducted one-on-one interviews with all employees based on survey results to add depth to the answers.<\/p>\n
